Little Mental Health Break

Well as you may have noticed if you check this page regularly, (who does that?) you’ll see a whole load of new blog posts up, which may possibly indicate that I’m back but I ain’t countin’ nothing yet, so we shall see.

Had to take a little mental health break for a number of reasons, but I really do want to keep sbh going, as mentioned before sbh is a touchstone for something that was in my life for so long but the lifestyle which was a major part of my health and wellbeing I have now retired from. I’m keeping the archive going as a value thing, as the recent trawl of club related pictures suggest I was either ahead of my time or the standards of this genre of photography have slipped hugely. Either way I have a huge stock of images that someday may have some value to someone or something. Hopefully not as in something to laugh at nastily but as something to look at fondly.

I met someone the other day in professional circles and as we talked, mentioned about growing up in Manc and I made the statement that if you’d been in a club in the 90’s/00’s/10’s in Manchester and had your picture taken then it was most likely me who’d taken the image, so sorry about that…
